I will teach you different breathing techniques to energize body and regulate nervous system in a short time.


We will do short yoga flows to detox the body-mind-soul after a night of sleep to start the day feeling fresh.


Some mornings require more clarity that normally comes from stillness. Meditation techniques combined with conscious breath help you to face the challenges of the day with calmness and balance.
