I especially liked the calm relaxation of the nerves/muscle groups, sun salutations and meditation, as well as paying attention to posture and breathing.
I'm bit stiff, so bringing the foot between the hands and sitting cross-legged is still difficult, but at a calm pace I keep up (and I use blocks and a blanket to help) 😊
