Icaniwill review – Experiences on ICIW - Read before you buy

I use my normal size for almost all other collections, i.e. size S for leggings and size M for sports bras. So choose your normal size from the Nimble, Classic, Scrunch, Mercury and Ultimate collections, among others.

Nimble is the only one you may want to size down to have more tight fit. But I use my regular size S also in Nimble.

During four years I have testred significant amount of ICIW clothes and collections.

Naturally, I haven't tested all of ICIW's products, and I haven't tested the high-support sports bras, for example, since I don't need them.

However, I did spend a good amount of time reading other people's reviews on Trustpilot, English-language review sites, and ICIW's own website.

Here are the main points that were repeated in ICIW reviews:

Icaniwill's Finnish Trustpilot page has a total of 6486 reviews and their average rating is 4.2/5 stars.

Positive feedback has been received especially for the quality and durability of the products. Another plus has been the customer service, so you should always feel free to contact them if you have any problems with the products or your order.

Negative feedback, on the other hand, has been the large variation in sizes between collections.

I agree with this, so it is worth using my recommendations above with sizes. Some, on the other hand, had problems with delivery or they had received a defective product.

In these cases, it is always worth contacting Icaniwill's customer service immediately via their website and preferably including a picture of the defective product.

This is the easiest and fastest way to get a refund/new product in exchange. I myself once received leotards that broke after a couple of uses. I immediately sent a message about this, and they immediately sent me new ones to replace them, without me having to return the leotards at all.

If you are considering buying a specific product, it is worth reading other users' reviews of the product on I can I will's own pages.

Reviews are usually arranged from best to worst, so if you don't want to see only 5-star reviews, scroll to the end of the reviews for the product in question.

There are often good tips there about size, elastic, design, etc. You can also send a DM on Instagram to the account of the writer @sinimalism.

In addition to Icaniwill, wonderful yoga and workout clothing brands that I recommend are Famme, Prozis, Aimn and Alo Yoga.

Aimn also has a lot of clothes in the same style, timeless and earthy colors as ICIW. Icaniwill has more clothes for fitness, gym and sporty wear compared to more yoga style Aimn.

Alo Yoga is a well-known brand among yogis, and in terms of yoga clothing itself, I think it's good, but they don't really do other technical sportswear for gym.

I would say Icaniwill is a good option for overall sports.

If you prefer to have suuuper high waisted tights, I recommend checking Prozis. They are the kind of high waist so that you can even fold the waistband.

The best yoga clothes

Iciw delivery time depends on two things:

1. The chosen delivery method

2. Whether it is, for example, the Christmas season/summer sale

For example, when ordering to Finland in the Icaniwill online store, you can choose either Posti or DHL Express as the delivery method. I have experience with both delivery methods with ICIW.

The postal package usually arrives either at home or at the nearest post office within 3-4 business days.

If you are in a hurry to get the package home quickly, I recommend DHL Express (e.g. if you order via Posti on Thursday, you may have to wait until Wednesday, as only weekdays are counted towards the 3-4 days).

In my experience, DHL Express has delivered orders even the next day, if you place orders in the ICIW online store before 1 p.m.

In fact, with both delivery methods, you can speed up delivery by ordering it before 1 p.m. Otherwise, it will only be shipped the next day.

I also ordered ICIW to Spain and Netherlands, and it both cases it went smoothly. For Spain I recommend order via DHL if you want the delivery fast. UPS also works well, but is a bit slower.

Receiving your order from ICIW may be delayed, as it depends on how quickly they get it from the warehouse.

Icaniwill delivery times are somewhat delayed during summer sales, Black Friday and the Christmas season.

It is worth ordering well in advance before Christmas so that your orders can be delivered by Christmas.

Note: The good thing about Christmas is that Icaniwill offers a longer return period, up to January, if the product given as a gift was, for example, the wrong size.

There are 3 different scenarios in the Iciw return process: Product exchange, product return or broken/defective product.

Here are all the different return processes simplified and my own icaniwill return experiences with each of them.

You can exchange a product for a different color or size for free.

For example, if you ordered Define Seamless leggings in black in size S, you can exchange them for black in size M, green in size S or green in size L.

So you can exchange both size and color for free, as long as the product remains the same.

An Iciw return where you want to exchange a product is done like this:

1. By contacting I can I will on the Contact section of the website.

2. You will receive a form that you print out and put inside the return package.

3. On it, you write which product you want to exchange and for which.

4. When you order, you will receive a sticker that you need to put on the package, and it will be shipped back to the country of origin, Sweden, for free.

The return process usually takes quite a long time, about 2 weeks, for the product to arrive back at the warehouse, it will be processed and you will be sent an order confirmation for the replacement product.

If the product is not in stock, ICIW will contact you by email. So make sure that your email address is correct.

My I can I will return, where I wanted to change the size of the product, went so that about 3 weeks after sending the product back, I received confirmation that the new size had been sent to me in the mail.

It has also happened to me that the size was already sold out when the product arrived back at Icaniwill's warehouse. In that case, I have been able to choose a similar product of the same price (then leggings of the same price).

Nowadays, in order to reduce the amount of emails that warehouse workers send back and forth with customers, they only ask if you want the price of the product as a gift card to ICIW or as a refund.

In this case, you DO NOT have to pay postage for the return, because the size was out of stock and it was not your fault. This is of course a shame if you wanted a specific product and size, because some popular models sell out quickly. (I recommend that you put the product and size in question on your tracking so that you receive an email when they are back in stock.)

If you want to return the product completely and not exchange it for another color or size, the process is the same as exchanging the product, but you will be charged postage.

So it is always worth considering the environment when ordering that the products are pleasant. But as mentioned, if the size is wrong and you want to exchange it, and it is no longer available, you will of course get your full order amount back including shipping costs.

If there is a defect in the product, for example in the seams or something else, always contact ICIW using the form on their website contact page.

I once received seamless tights that were slightly broken from seam after the second use.

I contacted them, and I was immediately able to choose a product of the same price instead without having to return the broken product at all.

So you do not have the risk of receiving a broken product and paying for it.

It is worth sending a picture of the broken part when reporting a broken product, so that the product will be refunded to you as soon as possible.

Of course, at Icaniwill you can contact customer service if, for example, you receive a defective product or the products take a very long time to be delivered/returned.

The easiest way to make a complaint is on the ICIW contact page on their website.

As I mentioned in the product return section regarding a broken product, I once received seamless leggings that were slightly damaged after the second use. I filled out the form you can find here and attached a picture of the broken seam on the leggings. I received an email regarding my complaint as soon as possible and was able to choose a similar product to replace it.

Sometimes it takes a long time to return a product before it arrives back at the warehouse. In this case, you can also ask using the same form. Remember to include the order number, so you will get the fastest and easiest answer without exchanging many emails.

Iciw is carbon neutral and recycled materials have gotten more common on their collections (when browsing, you can filter by choosing only recycled materials)
