Personally I don’t like them as they don’t have any padding (means that n*pples see though which I don’t like)

To some of them you can anyhow add padding. They also run small in size so size up if you buy their bras.

I have tried leggins, crop tops and bras from Prozis. The bra was pretty bad, and it did not have padding so nipples were see through.

It was also too tight even though I took one size bigger. High waisted leggings on the other hand were super good - these have the highest weaist I've ever seen, like I even had to fold the waistband.

Crop tops were also super nice, but also from those it's better to choose one size bigger than normally.

My favorite leggings are their High-Waisted Peach Perfect Leggings.

I tried their vegan protein powder, granola, chia seed pudding, mysli & protein bars and peanut butters.

Protein powder has a smooth texture, dissolves well in shakes, and comes in delicious flavors like vanilla and chocolate. The Protein powder was also very handy to take to gym, as it comes in 1-portion sachets as well.

So I can recommend their protein powders. However, I would not recommend other supplements from them which they have a lot, like amino acids, multivitamins and all kinds of fat burner supplements. Normally, if you want high-quality supplements that don't have all kinds of unhealthy fillers added, it is better to buy it from a brand that is specialized in those.

I would say Prozis is great on high waisted leggings and healthy snacks, but supplements I order elsewhere.

Order healthy snacks online from Prozis

Prozis granolas and mysli and protein bars are another standout – finally I found a tasty granola that is not filled with sugar.

The mysli bars and protein bars were also tasty, and not filled with white sugar like almost all regular ones from store are. I love taking them to my hikes.

I would definitely recommend ordering regularly some basics here, for me it means stuff like chia seeds, peanut butter, healthy snacks for hikes and granolas and myslis that are not ruined with loads of sugar.

In addition to Prozis, wonderful yoga and workout clothing brands that I recommend are Icaniwill, Alo Yoga and Famme.

Icaniwill also has a lot of hiigh qualty workout clothes and you can also get a discount there.

Alo Yoga is a well-known brand among yogis, and in terms of yoga clothing itself, I think it's good, but long-sleeved etc. are also quite expensive there in my opinion.

Famme, on the other hand, is a wonderful Norwegian sportswear brand, although their selection is more limited. The quality of the products is good, however. There is also a Famme discount code.
